AC Milan lost 0-2 to Arsenal as Arsene Wenger’s men seek redemption in the course of the season. Both sides have struggled at some point this term and so it was a match that presented each other that chance to get things right on the pitch.

The Gunners showed their elastic limit to pull off a great result on a European night like this against one of the renowned team in Europe in AC Milan.

Irrespective of the Italians current state and position in the Serie A table (log) Arsenal had done enough to win 0-2 away from home.

This they did achieve after losing (3) straight matches in a row, twice against Manchester City with a 0-3 score line and a 2-1 loss against promoted side Brighton & Hove Albion.

The Gunners showed great response and character to get the job done as they take a 0-2 aggregate lead into the return leg fixture at the Emirates.
