It was recently reported that Premier League giants Chelsea and Liverpool were looking to strengthen their squad by adding Real Madrid star Isco, as per claims from the Spanish media. The two top guns of English football were trying to bring in more quality in the January transfer window, though a deal did not go through at that point of time. However, it seems that they will be trying once again to add them to their squad, with offers to take him away from the Bernabeu to be made at the end of the current campaign.
Both the Blues and the Reds are in need of more talented play-makers, who can help them win titles in the days to follow.
This has been a problem for managers Antonio Conte and Jurgen Klopp at times, whose teams have been linked with a lot of big names.
However, though they have signed a few decent players to get the goals this term, they are in need of more reinforcements.
For this purpose, they are looking at the Spanish international, who is not having the best of times at Madrid himself and is planning to leave because Zinedine Zidane does not trust him apparently.
There have been rumours going around of this being the reason for a rift between the two and it seems that there is no coming back for the attacker, which would give a boost to the clubs from England, to push through a deal for him.
Hopefully, they can sign him in the upcoming transfer window. Only time will tell.
