Though things have been going really well for Liverpool in recent times in terms of results, it seems
that some players at the club are still not happy. Amongst this is goalie Simon Mignolet, who has lost
his place in the playing eleven and is now not utilized much by manager Jurgen Klopp, after starting
off the campaign as the first choice keeper at Anfield.
The Belgian international has now hired a new
agent to push a move away from the Merseyside, at the end of the current campaign.
The 30-year- old keeper has failed to make a consistent impact and impress the German manager,
due to which Klopp does not play him anymore now.
Karius has been playing every game since the start of the New Year, while Mignolet has been forced
to sit on the side-lines as a mere spectator.
This has been the reason for his frustration and he is now considering a move away from the
Premier League giants, by bringing in a new agent.
If that is the case and the club does allow him to leave, Klopp might have to look for options to bring
in as a potential replacement, as either the first choice or a backup keeper.
There will be a host of clubs from England, the Serie A and the Bundesliga who would want to sign
the former Sunderland keeper.
It will be interesting to see which club actually grabs the opportunity to add him to their squad in the
upcoming days. Only time will tell.
